McGuire Air Force Base (Burlington County) , Federal Aviation Administration (right next to Atlantic City) and Fort Dix. 5 please be advise you will need Google map of jersey , new york and dc.



i will give everyone 1 week from today to be ready. i will be back Friday mp3 will be ready by then. and if anyone has software like Cubase sx, wavlab, sonar cakewalk,and pro tools, . because you need to open up all tracks of the NORAD tapes. the NORAD tapes was recorded on a Digital Audio Tape recorder. when loose change got of hold of the NORAD tapes on mp3 which is a no no because its WAY better if you get a copy of dat to dat not mp3 !!! because when you record 24 people at the same time its lock it will never go off (synchronisation) every producer know this. if you play one by one using windows media player its not cutting it. on a adat you have timings hr, min, sec, (timing is a key thing ) what they did they moved sections, fade,cut, paste,adding distortion,and a filter. my lawyer has 4 of the names on who manipulated the NORAD tapes which all 4 are in deep S@@@ because 2 of them are cia the other 2 have no clue. basically Evidence tampering.obstruction of justice also Obstruction of criminal investigations. i have the names but i cannot tell no one i leave it as that there so much about this case its mind blowing. i even got death threatS as soon I GOT THE NAMES. my lawyer is trying to contact other prosecutors around the country to round up other well know producers and Engineers. as soon a new investigation kicks in i have to testify with other producers and witnesses. i will explain more please chill out and if i were you guys contact EVERYONE AS MUCH YOU CAN FROM alex jones , loose change cats,we are change, you name it. because after i post the mp3 im gonna have to request that this topic must be deleted. on the 5th of sept . forgive my writings much love NJ1

A reporter who first received the files said this:

The first disc, which arrived by mail, was decorated with blue sky and fluffy white clouds and was labeled, in the playful Apple Chancery font, "Northeast Air Defense Sector—DAT Audio Files—11 Sep 2001."

Presumably, the files now lie in the public domain (?)

I have been through these files before (although not all of them), and if nothing else, they are indeed quite interesting. But unless you are looking for something in particular, I don't know how much help they'd be.

BTW, I recommend "Audacity" (a free audio player/editor) to analyze the files. It shows you the waveform, so you can skip over the many large chunks of silence in the files: audacity.sourceforge.net...

Some knowledge of radar and aircraft navigation is also necessary. For instance, with a transponder off, it is not possible to measure the altitude of an aircraft.

Other stuff you may or may not have already figured out:

Huntress == NEADS. Giant Killer == Navy ATC facility controlling the area over the Atlantic. That entire area up and down the coast has numerous Warning Areas and MOA's all owned by the Navy.

Whiskey-10X [perhaps a grid reference] is a aircraft training area over the ocean. You hear how the jets scrambled from Langley are "accidentally" redirected to Whiskey-106, meaning they were diverted a few hundred miles over the ocean instead of DC (which was just a few minutes away)....

Flight levels are in hundreds of feet, so flight level 290 is 29,000 feet.

Sqawking is another nuance you'll need to know. For example, an aircraft sqawking 7777 indicates the a hijacking (a pilot would set their transponder to 7777 to notify the FAA/military). Modes 1,2, 4 & 5 are military only. It becomes apparent that their inability to get a "mode-3" (ie, the transponder setting) for flight 11 greatly hinders their ability to track it., or even find it. I highly recommend you read this which explains sqawking "modes" and how to identify a flight from its sqawk:

Also, NUMEROUS times, they will rattle off a lat/long for a location, in which case google maps or earth will do the trick. ie, 4115,7346 refers to 41.15 degrees north, 73.46 degrees west (this is the location they give to the Otis AFB fighters to intercept flight 11, because they have no transponder code for flt 11, they only have a likely Z-track).... Just goto maps.google.com, and enter "41.15 N 73.46 W". HOWEVER, a few minutes AFTER the first WTC strike, they still have this craft on radar, "20 miles south of JFK".


The recordings came from the Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS) in Rome, NY. Here is Major Kevin Nasypany, who was one of the ranking officers there on 9/11, and whose voice is on several if teh audio tracks, mainly the MCC (Mission Crew Commander?) channel, inside of NEADS: As you can see, NEADS looks a lot like the CTU on "24". At various points on the MCC track, you can hear Maj Nasypany talk to a General at CONAR (Continental United States NORAD Region). Anyway, the tapes were recorded in digital form, so I doubt there is "time drift" from 1 channel to the next. The tapes were first released to a few reporters, who wrote lame articles about them. Then Jason Bermas of Loose Change fame somehow obtained them, and put them on the Internet, in torrent form. "The Complete 9/11 Timeline" is an excellent resource when analyzing the tapes: link

I have been doing some investigating into the OP's Google Map Post:

Misty 1 is Wright-Patterson AFB.

Misty 2 is Fairport Harbor, Ohio.

Unidentified Map Marker in Massachusetts is Otis National Guard Airbase.

According to Google Live, the Bayside State Prison is directly under the flight path of the UAV/Drone path as indicated by the OP.

When you see the location of the prison, you have to wonder what a Muslim, and Turkish man were doing way out there in a corrections vehicle. Odd at best.

This may correlate to the tapes. Misty 1 may be a call sign for Wright-pat.

Misty 2 is an easy exit point to Canada.

I just finished the podcast. Here is my take. He claims that if you get the Dat file of the Norad tape, and you listen to all the channels locked, not broken into single MP3's you will see manipulation, especially track 4 He claims he personally witnessed two sets of one drone in formation with an A10 Thunderbolt (I think) and a F16 on day prior to, and on 9/11. Drones with white nose cones. One section headed SW, the other headed NW. He claims he was being released from prison, and got into the van to take him to another prison for processing, and in the van was a Muslim and a man of Turkish decent. They were turned around after the event and when they got back to his prison, the two men were taken away in unmarked government cars. He claims the morning of 9/11 his prison was surrounded by goon squads, and he was afraid for his life. He claims that in the Norad tapes Norad was in touch with the Coast Guard, and they were investigating a ship of the coast of Atlantic City. The ship had a heilo pad, and that he has information that two helicopters played a role in the downing of the two towers. I believe he mentioned the ship was flying a UK flag. He also says that the day of 9/11 there is a connection between customs agents in California, and the downing of building seven. It was very difficult to follow him, he kept jumping from one unfinished sentence to another subject and back again. I don't know if I have heard who he is actually suing in Federal Court. He is also going to post a grid of where these planes from surrounding Military bases came from in regards to his location at prison the morning of 9/11 He claims he can prove that the CIA is monitoring his e mails, and that they have mirror CNN, ABC, FOX News stations. He and his daughter have had death threats. There is also some mention of 3 girls doing lines on track 4 I believe, and it had something to do with the CIA. He wasn't very clear about it.In a nut shell. Edit to add: Hardstyle, please feel free to correct me in my details. I want to be as accurate as possible. This is just my best recollection of your information.

for what its worth, they are not "NORAD tapes"...theyre tapes from NEADS in Rome NY, not NORAD in Cheyenne mountain. I did download them when they first hit the net, and listed to A LOT of them. As I trecall there were about 20-some channels, each with at least 12 hours of audio. They were VERY VERY LOW BITRATE .wav files, *NOT* mp3's. I carefully analyzed what I listened to, and for the most part found it unremarkable, with a few exceptions..... i remember when maj. Kevin Nasypany (i think it was him, possibly it wasnt) sees on CNN that the pentagon has been hit, he actually says "It's a coup". I also remember it was odd how the fighters from langley were "accidentally" directed hundreds of miles over the OCEAN instead of to DC or NYC.....I kept a detailed analysis of my findings, I'll have to try to dig it up....heres some stuff i remember off the top of my head:

most of the 20-some channels were recorded in the same room, as you could hear people in the backround faintly, but the same audio was recorded clearly on a diff cahnnel, which would make it easy to check if the synchronocity has been tampered with.

hmmm, i also remember them saying that flight 93 exploded in mid air "near camp david" on these tapes.....

i also remember that flight 11 was reported (on these tapes) to have been seen STILL AIRBORNE (identified by tail #) after the 1st WTC impact [miraculously].

there was a lot of confusion about some delta flight near cleveland delta 19?? (i forget). the cleveland ATC was scared #less, as some mysterious plane was circling his airport....

The tapes are full of interesting anomalys, you just have to know what youre looking for.

I posted the files to usenet a while ago, but must have been more than 200 days ago cus i cant find em anymore.

BQM-34E Firebee

When the U.S. Navy introduced the AN/USW-3(V) ITCS (see description of the BQM-34S above) in the early 1970s, the BQM-34E was upgraded with AN/DKW-1 ITCS guidance transponders. This resulted in the BQM-34T, which was otherwise identical to the BQM-34E.

The BQM-34E/F/T Firebee II could employ essentially the same payloads as the subsonic BQM-34A/S counterparts. To improve endurance, an external conformal fuel tank could be fitted. This limited the speed to high subsonic, and lead to a performance generally similar to that of the Firebee I. When production ended in 1980, almost 300 Firebee IIs of all versions had been built. In the early 1990s, the usual attrition of target drones had reduced the number of Firebee IIs to less than 50, and it is apparently no longer used nowadays.

Not many have doubts about the 'sovereignty' of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI). President General Parvez Musharraf did not have to underline it through his remark that it should not be destabilized. Those familiar with the governance in Pakistan know that the force is a parallel authority which has its own agenda and which has its own ways to put it into operation.

People inside and outside Pakistan were happy when there was a notification that the ISI would be under the Ministry of Interior. Asif ali Zardari, Co-chairman of the ruling Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP), welcomed the step and pointed out that "no one will now be able to say that this agency is not under the elected government control". But he spoke too soon. Within 24 hours, another notification was issued to say that the earlier notification had been 'misunderstood' and that the ISI would "continue to function under the prime minister." In other words, the military will continue to control it through an Army Maj.Gen who heads it. A more detailed notification was promised. But it has not come out.

It is apparent that the defence forces exerted the pressure and had another notification issued for "clarification". Director-General of the Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) Maj-Gen Athar Abbas was blunt enough to say the army chief and other defence authorities had not been taken into confidence on the issue.

This proves, if any more proof is needed, that the military continues to rule Pakistan even after the polls which gave the democratic forces a clear majority. Musharraf's argument that the ISI is Pakistan's "first line of defence" is understandable. As the Army Chief, who staged a coup and ruled the country for more than eight years, he is committed to the military's ascendancy.

But why has Zardari who praised the interior ministry's control kept quiet is beyond me. He should know he cannot have any deal with the military if he wants people behind him. But most surprising is the silence of Nawaz Sharif, head of the Muslim League (N). On the one hand, he demands the impeachment of Musharraf for his rule as a military dictator and on the other hand, he prefers to keep quiet when there is a small opening: handing over the charge of ISI to the ministry of Interior.

In fact, the Charter of Democracy which he signed with the late Benazir Bhutto at London two years ago goes much beyond and wants the Army to return to the barracks. Sharif cannot shrug his shoulders when the military puts pressure and gets back the control of ISI. Indeed, the nub of Pakistan's problems is the failure of political parties to stand up to the army which has even spread itself in the fields of commerce, trade and real estate. The quantum is said to be as much as 70 per cent.

Pakistan has returned to democracy through internationally-supervised polls. Political parties have not yet put their act together. Yet it does not mean that the old order where power rested with the military should continue. Musharraf belongs to the old mould. But he and his party, the Muslim League (Quaid), were defeated at the polls. They want the military's control in some shape or the other. Therefore, Musharraf saying that ISI should be 'sovereign' fits into his way of thinking. The contradiction is that this train of thinking does not fit into the ethos of democracy.

Still more frightening is the statement by Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani that the probe into the bomb attack on Indian embassy at Kabul required concrete evidence. What more proof is required when America has said that the ISI gave support to the bombers to ram into the premises of the Indian embassy? Moreover, the question of probe was sorted out when Gilani declared after meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Colombo that Pakistan would make necessary inquiry.
Singh must have passed on some information on the basis of which he (Gilani) agreed to a probe. Then why is there the demand for 'concrete evidence'? The New York Times has reported in detail: "Michael V.Hayden, the CIA chief-who met the prime minister at a dinner on Monday, told Mr Gilani that Pakistan will have to do something about the alleged involvement of ISI official with the militants. Some information in the CIA charge-sheet were so damning that the Pakistanis could not deny them. The CIA also told the PM that even a change of government in Washington would not help Pakistan as whoever occupied the White House in January would also want Islamabad to rein in the ISI".

Subsequently, in an interview to Washington Post, Gilani confirmed the New York Times report that CIA deputy director Stephen R. Kappes and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admn. Michael G.Mullen visited Islamabad in mid-July with reports of some ISI officials' alleged links with the militants. So far there is no evidence that Islamabad has taken the complaint seriously.

Since the ISI has been caught on the wrong foot Pakistan is trying its best to fob off the agency's responsibility in the bomb attack on Indian embassy. Even if something concrete is proved against the ISI there is none in Pakistan to take action against the agency because it is the Army's "first line of defence".

Destabilizing India is on the top of the agency's agenda and it does not matter to the ISI whether good relations between India and Pakistan are essential to combat the militants who were striking in the subcontinent at their will. The policy the ISI has been pursuing for years is having Afghanistan under it on the conviction that it will give Pakistan a "strategic depth". Islamabad has made no headway so far in this direction. For some time, it has developed the belief that if Afghanistan does not have India as its supporter Kabul would come round. The anger of ISI against New Delhi stems from India's close relations with Kabul.

In fact, the militancy in the region cannot go until the ISI gives up its policy on having Afghanistan in Pakistan's backyard. Most of the activity of Taliban is because of that. True, the Taliban are the creation of the ISI. But they also have an ambition of their own to rule: To carve out a state of their own from the territories under Afghanistan and Pakistan is their dream. The ISI is playing a dangerous game when it encourages the Taliban to needle Afghanistan, without striking at Pakistan's federally administered area on the border of NWFP. Only a civilian control of the ISI can sort out things. Preferably, the force should be disbanded.

Within a August 11, 2008 Freedom of Information Act appeal reply from the National Transportation Safety Board, the NTSB affirms that it possesses no records pertaining to positively identified wreckage recovered from the 4 aircraft involved in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Such wreckage includes the Flight Data Recorders attributed by the NTSB in Factual Reports to American Airlines flight 77 and United Airlines flight 93.

Dear Mr. Monaghan:

I write in response to your letter, which the Safety Board received on July 31, 2008, in which you appealed the response of the National Transportation Safety Board's FOIA Officer to your FOIA request for "copies of records revealing the process by which wreckage recovered from the aircraft used during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, was positively identified as belonging to: American Airlines [flights 11 and 77], and United Airlines [flights 175 and 93]." Your request opined that the Safety Board must have utilized unique serial numbers of components from each of the four aircraft in order to identify the wreckage from each aircraft. The Safety Board's FOIA Officer responded to your original request on July 18, 2008, in which the FOIA Officer indicated that the Board did not have any records within the scope of your request.

Your appeal asserts that the Safety Board's response was erroneous. In particular, your appeal states that Safety Board records mention the four aircraft "within numerous public NTSB records," and that Safety Board employees participated in the identification, collection, and examination of the wreckage of the aircraft, such as the flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders. In addition, you assert that, "physical examination of the wreckage in question alone, cannot provide for a satisfactory basis for the affirmative determination made by the NTSB regarding the identities of the wreckage described herein," and that you believe that identification of the wreckage must have been based on "some tangible record provided to the NTSB, as allowed for by the NTSB's Quality of Information Disseminated by the National Transportation Safety Board: Guidelines for Ensuring and Maximizing the Quality of Information." With regard to your last assertion, you quote from the Safety Board's statement concerning information quality, which is available on the Board's website.

I have carefully reviewed your appeal of the Safety Board's response to your FOIA request, and determined that the Board must deny your appeal. The Safety Board performed an adequate, reasonable search for any records within the scope of your request, in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA, and did not locate any records within the scope of your request. Oglesby v. Dep't of the Army, 920 F.2d 57, 68 (D.C. Cir. 1990); see also Campbell v. Dep't of Justice, 164 F.3d 20, 27 (D.c. Cir. 1998). The Safety Board does not have any records that "[reveal] the process by which wreckage was recovered from the aircraft used during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001." As you probably know, the Safety Board assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as the FBI investigated the circumstances under which the four aircraft crashed, pursuant to Congress's direction requiring the Board to relinquish its investigative priority to the FBI when the Safety Board and FBI determine that an intentional criminal act likely caused the accident at issue. 49 U.s.c. § 113 1(a)(2)(B). As such, the Safety Board did not ensure that the owners of the aircraft completed wreckage release forms, as the Board typically does in investigations in which the Board has priority. See 49 C.F.R. § 831. 12(b). Overall, the Safety Board does not have any records that describe the "process" by which the Board or the FBI identified wreckage.

To the extent that you seek to inform the Safety Board of an error in its reports under Section 515 of the Treasury and General Government Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (Public Law 106-554; H.R. 5658), and pursuant to government-wide guidelines issued by the Office of Management and Budget to assure the quality of information that Federal Agencies disseminate, as described at 67 Fed. Reg. 8,452 (Feb. 22, 2002), submitting a FOIA appeal is not the appropriate mechanism. As described in the Board's Information Quality Guidelines, which, as you know, are listed on the Board's website at http://www.ntsb.gov/info/quality.htm [1]. you must submit a request to Executive Secretariat/Information Quality, and include the following information:

1. Your name, telephone number, address and/or e-mail address;
2. Description and documentation as to how information is to be corrected, revised, or reviewed;
3. Explanation of how person submitting the request is affected by any information error;
4. Explanation of how the disseminated information failed the quality standards; and
5. Any pertinent attachments.

Based on the foregoing, I have determined that your appeal must be denied. This response constitutes the final action from the National Transportation Safety Board on your appeal. The Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, provides for judicial review of this determination.

NTSB Describes Importance Of Unpublished 9/11 FDR Part Numbers And Serial Numbers

Based on information obtained from the National Transportation Safety Board via online public inquiry requests, it seems that the NTSB may have been prevented from obtaining normal access to Flight Data Recorder part numbers and unique serial numbers required to facilitate the data readouts obtained from the FDR's recovered from American airlines flight 77 and United airlines flight 93, destroyed during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

Within a June 5, 2008 response from the NTSB, it is explained why unique FDR serial numbers are required to obtain correct FDR data readout:

"The exact serial number of the unit delineates manufacturing break points. The serial number is used to identify when a recorder manufacturer switched from a certain memory configuration to another. This information is necessary to perform the correct recovery of the data."

Because the FBI was the lead investigative agency regarding the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, FAA and airline aircraft records would have presumably been brought under the control of and made available by the FBI.

Within a June 11, 2008 reply from the NTSB, the NTSB indicates that when FDR part and serial numbers are not known, they are not contained within NTSB published reports:

The NTSB reports regarding the FDR's recovered from AA 77 and UA 93 are virtually the only ones during the past 20 years of major U.S. aviation mishaps, within which FDR part and serial numbers were not published (the complete list is provided below) Because each essential FDR part and serial number were not published, they were presumably not made available to the NTSB.

Because each AA 77 and UA 93 FDR model and manufacturer is apparently known and thus listed within the AA 77 and UA 93 FDR reports, it would seem that the NTSB obtained limited access to information contained within FAA and airline aircraft records for AA 77 and UA 93.

And yet, the required FDR part and serial numbers apparently contained within the same records that list the published FDR model and manufacturer, were apparently not provided to the NTSB or they would have published them. (based on information provided in their 6/11 response.)

Presumably, if the recovered AA 77 and UA 93 FDR's did not possess the memory configurations indicated within FAA and airline aircraft records, a FDR/FDR record mismatch could become apparent to NTSB investigators. (i.e.: In theory, the FDR's studied by the NTSB would not be those last known to have been installed aboard UA 93 and AA 77.)

In working with pilots for /11 truth regarding their work-up of the FDR and animation data for AA77, I noticed that niether the FDR nor the animation showed that AA77 began a descent in its PARTIAL left turn at the end of the westbound leg. This information is available somewhere from interviews with the air traffic controller as well as being represented in the NTSB Flight Path Study in one of the attachments. Consequently, before the FDR and animation showed the discrepancies in the vicinity of the Pentagon, I was aware that the FDR and animation were inaccurate, and most likely hacked, modified, or even created from whole cloth.

Having brought both of these pieces of information forward to "pilots", I complained loudly that there needed to be some information about AA77 being the ONLY airliner that was fully lost to positive radar contact, that nobody anywhere at anytime had ever positively re-radar identified AA77, and that AA77 had begn a descent. Pilots put a radar contact "loss" disclaimer into the DVD but did not note the beginning of a descent. Consequently, most folks have been led to "presume" that the target that approached and possibly HIT? the Pentagon was AA77 because the animation shows this.

This imagery and reinforcement of a "non-established fact" was accomplished by a compliant press led by the deceitful HI PERPS and of course, by the animation shown in Pandora's Black Box. This "picture" is now well established in everybody's mind's eye and the episode exposes yet another possible great piece of work accomplished by cointelpro. Getting movements to spread lies amongst themselves is a long help tactic perfected by these thugs.

After being told about the above information about the FDR and animation surrounding this undisplayed "desent", "pilots" chose not to do the research while admitting that they were new to the game and started reporting their work from the 2005-06 time period instead of looking at the readily available information in the NTSB report produced years earlier. The reason stated was that there had been too much work done on the DVD already and there would be no corrections.

The result is that the work done by "pilots", although interesting, stimulative and thusly beneficial overall, has been "used" by the HI PERPS to make public the idea that the FDR and the animation IS THAT OF AA77, which is a HUGE goal of the HI PERPS'.

Now, it may well be that the FDR and animation ARE that of the real AA77, and that the primary radar target that Danielle O'Brien's supervisor "conveniently", warned her to be on the look out for just before it popped up on here radar screen???... was the actual AA77, but that fact has to be established by other means than anything to do with radar returns and this FDR-animation data released by the agencies working for the HI PERPS. At the moment, the HI PERPS establish that this "unidentified" primary radar target that O'Brien was watching is AA77 because they say that it was AA77 that hit the Pentagon and work backwards in time and location. But that evidence is simply not strong enough to work the positive identity from the "C" ring to where Obrien [and I feel other military radar facilities] "saw" the primary target.

Aidan's work adds to the strong possibility that the FDR data has been rigged, and I no longer belong to the "pilots" thing because there seems to be a glitch in their work ethics and their determination for truth seeking that discomforts me.

However, NOBODY has the entire story about 9/11, certainly not me, so the "pilots" groups' work is still helpful in the long run because we can and are separating the wheat from the chaff on a daily basis.

Please remember...

AA77 was the ONLY airliner lost to positive radar contact on 9/11, and NOBODY ever positively re-radar identified ANY target as being AA77...

AA77 started a desent in the beginning of its left turn at the end of its westbound leg...

AA77 was last seen on a southwesterly heading which is why ATC looked for crash sites to the southwest...

From what I understand there are no trackable serial numbered parts found at the Pentagon that are traceable to AA77...

And then there is Chip Burlingame..they guy who was at the Pentagon a few years earlier working on "War Games" surrounding an airliner crashing into the Pentagon...

Body parts and FDRs are transportable...

The HI PERPS are ruthless killers and will do ANYTHING to not get caught at their killing...

And, its always good to have a two TRILLION dollar slush fund to come up with such plans, and such cover-ups...

The absence of unique identifying FDR serial numbers creates the possibility that the FDR's studied by the NTSB after 9/11 were not the ones last reported as installed aboard the AA 77 and UA 93.

Had the NTSB been provided access to information regarding FDR serial numbers contained within FAA/airline records, they would have been prepared to receive FDR data based on a given FDR memory configuration. However, in theory if the FDR's studied by the NTSB were different than those indicated within the FAA/airline records, a mismatch would very possibly become apparent to the NTSB investigators (mismatching memory configurations).

With this in mind, it makes one wonder even more why the NTSB were apparently not given complete access to the information contained within the records. It is evident they obtained partial access to the information within these records based on the provided FDR model and manufacturer information. The NTSB clearly states that if the serial numbers are known, they are published. Apparently they were not known and it seems that only the FBI could have provided the FAA and airline records to the NTSB. Normally, the NTSB would obtain these records directly from the FAA and the airlines.

The Department of Homeland Security is moving towards implementing a provision of the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 otherwise known as the thought crimes bill. This is despite the fact that the legislation has not been signed into law. The House version of the bill HR 1955 was passed by a margin of 404-6 where as the Senate version of the bill S 1959 is still awaiting action. One of the bill’s provisions gives the Department of Homeland Security the authority to fund a University based Center of Excellence to study ways to thwart what the government believes are extremist belief systems and radical ideologies of individual Americans. In other words, if the government doesn’t like the way you think, they are going to have teams of social scientists and behavioral experts trying to figure out the best way to deal with you. As it turns out, the Department of Homeland Security is already funding a Center of Excellence to study thought criminals in the United States at the University of Maryland. This shows that it doesn’t matter if S 1959 is defeated or not, as they are moving forward with this agenda with or without Congressional approval. In reality, Congress is nothing more than a staged circus to make people falsely believe that they actually have a say in what the government does. The Department of Homeland Security is funding research to setup an Orwellian system to deal with political dissenters under the guise of fighting terrorism and they care not if it is in accordance with what the people want. Another words, be prepared for the possibility of a future with re-education camps as a real life Ministry of Love system is implemented.

The following is taken from Security Products Online detailing the Department of Homeland Security’s funding of this Center of Excellence that will study thought crimes or as they like to call it the threat of homegrown terrorism and violent radicalization.

A team of more than 50 social scientists, armed with new federal funding, will extend its research into radicalization and the formation of terrorist groups in the United States and abroad. The researchers will also study the effectiveness of counter-terror strategies, as well as efforts to build community resilience to attacks.

Now, let’s take a look at section 899D of HR 1955 and we’ll see that what’s proposed in the bill has for all intents and purposes already become a reality.

`SEC. 899D. CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE STUDY OF VIOLENT RADICALIZATION AND HOMEGROWN TERRORISM IN THE UNITED STATES.

`(a) Establishment- The Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish or designate a university-based Center of Excellence for the Study of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism in the United States (hereinafter referred to as `Center') following the merit-review processes and procedures and other limitations that have been previously established for selecting and supporting University Programs Centers of Excellence. The Center shall assist Federal, State, local and tribal homeland security officials through training, education, and research in preventing violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism in the United States. In carrying out this section, the Secretary may choose to either create a new Center designed exclusively for the purpose stated herein or identify and expand an existing Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence so that a working group is exclusively designated within the existing Center of Excellence to achieve the purpose set forth in subsection (b).

`(b) Purpose- It shall be the purpose of the Center to study the social, criminal, political, psychological, and economic roots of violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism in the United States and methods that can be utilized by Federal, State, local, and tribal homeland security officials to mitigate violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism.

`(c) Activities- In carrying out this section, the Center shall--

`(1) contribute to the establishment of training, written materials, information, analytical assistance and professional resources to aid in combating violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism;

`(2) utilize theories, methods and data from the social and behavioral sciences to better understand the origins, dynamics, and social and psychological aspects of violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism;

`(3) conduct research on the motivational factors that lead to violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism; and

`(4) coordinate with other academic institutions studying the effects of violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism where appropriate.

The Department of Homeland Security is providing roughly $12 Million over 3 years to fund this research. Among the planned research includes building a database of U.S. extremist crime, studying how social networks spread thought crime, tracking sympathy and support for terrorism in the United States among various communities, studying the phony European white Al-Qaeda threat and much more.

The government has no business funding research studying the political beliefs of people and determining who may or may not be a potential terrorist based upon a vague definition of homegrown terrorism and violent radicalization. In fact, the definitions of these terms as defined in HR 1955 and S 1959 are up to the interpretation of the government. This means that a homegrown terrorist could potentially be anybody the government doesn’t like. Not only is it unconstitutional, but it opens up the flood gates for a tyranny only theorized in novels like George Orwell’s 1984. The social scientists that are being funded in this program could potentially suggest the implementation of programs that could include the round up of people for re-education based upon any sort of criteria even if no real crime has been committed. Literally, the Department of Homeland Security is funding research to go after people who have political beliefs and ideologies that are contrary to the agenda of the establishment. Unfortunately for the American people, they are employing the services of some very smart people to do this. Who knows what these people will come up with but considering what they've already done, it won't be in the best interest of freedom.

In the Soviet Union, political dissidents and intellectuals were labeled crazy and put in mental institutions or slave labor camps. Could the same thing happen in the United States? After these scientists finish their research, it very well could considering what we see with the militarization of police and growing technological spy grid here in the United States. How can we assume that their recommendations will defend liberty when everything else the government has done in order to fight this phony terror threat has been contrary to the principles of freedom?

Particularly interesting is how they are concerned about activity on the Internet. Many freedom oriented radio networks and web sites have been formed over the past decade to protest what is becoming an increasingly corrupt and criminal government. The free flow of information is a real threat to the establishment and they are scrambling for ways to determine how to put the lid on it.

In closing, it is disturbing that the Department of Homeland Security would fund a program before a bill authorizing the action is signed into law. The provisions in the thought crimes bill represent the potential for total despotism and tyranny and even if a few of the provisions are implemented like this Center for Excellence funding, it marks a severe threat for liberty. These government terrorists must be defeated and there needs to be an investigation into the funding of this research which is unconstitutional on its face.

It is very difficult where to begin writing a summary about a great thinker like Noam Chomsky who is the most quoted-person in the World and arguably the biggest alive thinker. In brief, he is an American linguistic and philosopher. He has written 200 books translated into over 50 languages. He has been a critic of US policy since the Vietnam War. Chomsky was also against the US-led war on Iraq and believes that the war has been for oil and the creation of a reliable client regime in the region. Here, in this interview, this influential thinker is talking about US foreign policy towards the Kurds and the potential post Bush US foreign policy about these biggest stateless indigenous people. Namo: Can the collapse of Saddam Hussein's regime be considered watershed in the history of the Kurds especially Iraqi Kurds? Chomsky: The collapse of Saddam's regime did not happen in a vacuum, and the implications for the Kurds depend on what the outcome is for Iraq (if it even survives as a cultural and historical entity) and the region. These questions are very much in flux. For these reasons, the question is unanswerable. Namo: How do you see future of the Kurds in the region? Chomsky: For the first time, there seems to be a possibility for some degree of autonomy and development for a segment of the Kurdish population, namely in the former Iraq. But that is far from certain. Decent survival of the Kurdish region in northern Iraq depends on relations with its neighbors: including Arab Iraq and, crucially, outside powers, primarily the US but also others in the region and beyond. There is little point in speculation. What is necessary is to act judiciously and thoughtfully to maximize the likelihood of a decent outcome. Namo: Do you believe the US will remain as a good ally to the Iraqi Kurds after its withdrawing from Iraq? Comsky: To begin with, the assumption that the US will withdraw from Iraq is very dubious. The US did not invade in order to withdraw. It is not busily at work building huge military bases around the country and a city-within-a-city called an "Embassy" in order to dismantle them. Rather, the goal has always been to establish a reliable client regime that will serve as a base for US power in what has long been recognized to be "the most strategically important area of the world" (President Eisenhower) and "one of the greatest material prizes in world history" (State Department), and that will open its resources to Western (primarily US) exploitation. There is no longer much need to debate this, since the goals are now stated in official declarations. Perhaps the US will be compelled to withdraw, leaving the richest region of Iraq subject to Iranian influence. But that will be a last resort. As for whether the US will remain as a good ally, any Kurd should know the answer to that. Simply look at history. No miraculous changes have taken place within the US. Rather, policy choices continue to be guided by the interests of the designers of policy within the narrow state-corporate sector. They may regard support for Iraqi Kurds as beneficial to their interests, in which case they will offer some support. Or they may regard support for Iraqi Kurds as harmful to these interests, in which case Iraqi Kurds will be treated as they were when they were abandoned to Saddam Hussein's tender mercies in 1975, 1988, and at other crucial moments. Namo: What would the life be like after Bush? Will the US still involve war or withdraw and deal with terrorism by other (peaceful) means instead? That depends on whether the US moves towards functioning democracy, in which popular opinion has a significant influence on policy. For the present, both political parties (and the political-intellectual class in general) are well to the right of the population on issues like these, and prefer the threat and use of force to the peaceful means preferred by the public. The substantial and persistent gap between public opinion and public policy on these issues is very well documented, and highly significant. Namo: Neither McCain nor Obama, in their strategies is talking about the Kurds, to what extent do you believe next US administration pays attention to the Kurds? As in the past, they will pay attention to the extent that it conforms to the perceived strategic-economic interests of the narrow class of decision makers in the state-corporate sector. In the 1980s, it was in their interest to support the Halabja and al-Anfal massacres, to provide substantial aid and support for their friend Saddam, and to invite nuclear engineers from Iraq to the US in 1989 for advanced training in nuclear weapons production. A few years later, it was in their interest to provide protection for Iraqi Kurds -- while at the same time pouring huge amounts of advanced armaments into Turkey to support a monstrous assault against the Kurdish population there. If we open our eyes, we see exactly the same pattern right now. One of the few Western correspondents to have done serious and sympathetic work on the Kurds commented bitterly that Mt. Qandhil how has "freedom fighters on the eastern slopes and terrorists on the western slopes." Kurds should know why, and should understand what this implies, even if Westerners prefer to keep to official propaganda. Namo: Your final words? Who knows if they'll get this in Dubuque, but they sure aren't going to like it in Chicago: This week's New Yorker cover features an image of Michelle and Barack Obama that combines every smeary right-wing stereotype imaginable: An image of Obama in a turban and robes fist-bumping his be-afro'd wife, dressed in the military fatigues of a revolutionary and packing a machine gun and some serious ammo. Oh yes, this quaint little scene takes place in the Oval Office, under a picture of Osama bin Laden above a roaring fireplace, in which burns an American flag. All that's missing is a token sprig of arugula.

The illustration, by Barry Blitt, is called "The Politics of Fear" and, according to the NYer press release, "satirizes the use of scare tactics and misinformation in the Presidential election to derail Barack Obama's campaign." Uh-huh. What's that they say about repeating a rumor?

Presumably the New Yorker readership is sophisticated enough to get the joke, but still: this is going to upset a lot of people, probably for the same reason it's going to delight a lot of other people, namely those on the right: Because it's got all the scare tactics and misinformation that has so far been used to derail Barack Obama's campaign — all in one handy illustration. Anyone who's tried to paint Obama as a Muslim, anyone who's tried to portray Michelle as angry or a secret revolutionary out to get Whitey, anyone who has questioned their patriotism— well, here's your image.

Barack Obama is a deeply troubled personality, the megalomaniac front man for a postmodern coup by the intelligence agencies, using fake polls, mobs of swarming adolescents, super-rich contributors, and orchestrated media hysteria to short-circuit normal politics and seize power.
Obama comes from the orbit of the Ford Foundation, and has never won public office in a contested election. His guru and controller is Zbigniew Brzezinski, the deranged revanchist and Russia-hater who dominated the catastrophic Carter presidency 30 years ago. All indications are that Brzezinski recruited Obama at Columbia University a quarter century ago. Trilateral Commission co-founder Brzezinski wants a global showdown with Russia and China far more dangerous for the United States than the Bush-Cheney Iraq adventure.
Obama's economics are pure Skull & Bones/Chicago school austerity and sacrifice for American working families, all designed to bail out the bankrupt Wall Street elitist financiers who own Obama. Obama's lemming legions and Kool-Aid cult candidacy hearken back to Italy in 1919-1922, and raise the question of postmodern fascism in the United States today.
Obama is a recipe for a world tragedy.

Every election in modern US history has been a criminal manipulation, choreographed and rigged by political elites and performed by hand-picked elite puppets, each backed by their teams of corrupt war criminals, intelligence/security “advisors” and think tank assets. The 2008 affair will be no different.

It is time once again to dispel the mass insanity and unfounded hopes as another fresh election hell ensues. There will be no savior, no end to the continuing world crisis, and absolutely no “change."

The monsters behind each candidate

As the American public once again gets swept up into another beyond, ridiculous carnival over which “presidential personality” is most “likeable," which preselected puppet makes a better speech, etc., there is little or no attention paid to the individuals behind each candidate; the forces that are pulling the strings, and actually setting the geopolitical agenda.

The Washington Post has provided a complete list of each puppet’s respective “masters," which must be studied line by line:

This list holds the key to the central issue: war.

As the names reveal, every major candidate (the favored puppets with any real chance of being selected) fronts for agendas set by current and former neoconservative and neoliberal “security” officers and politicos, members of the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations, and apparatuses such as the Heritage Foundation, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Brookings Institution, AIPAC, the Hoover Institution, the American Enterprise Institute, and others.

Some of the most nightmarish individuals who walk the earth today can be found behind the candidates, as follows:

The choice of the puppet masters

As noted by Daniel Estulin in The True Story of the Bilderberg Group, the masters of “one world government," whose members manipulate all elections, seek the following main objectives: 1) one international identity, or “internationalism," 2) centralized control of people, 3) a zero growth, post industrial society, 3) a state of perpetual world imbalance, 4) centralized control of all foreign and domestic policies, 5) empowerment of the United Nations and NATO, and 6) Anglo, American, controlled trading bloc.

While it is still too early to ascertain the final choice of the leading world-shaping groups (Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, etc.), it is clear, from the above lists, that the approved White House puppets are already the “front runners."

While true representatives of “change” such as Dennis Kucinich, Cynthia McKinney and Ron Paul, stand no chance (and whose “votes” would be systematically erased in any case), the only remaining puppets, and their respective teams, are proven supplicants of the existing war and industrial elite.

It goes without saying that the Republican candidates, particularly John McCain, is deeply connected to the worst elements, most prominently, Henry Kissinger. Barack Obama’s elite connection speaks for itself: Zbigniew Brzezinski.

McCain’s participation in the 1980s savings and loan scandal, as a member of the infamous Keating Five, is a matter of historical fact.

Also a matter of record are McCain’s brutal views on war and killing, which are best exemplified by his 2001 op, ed, War is Hell. Now Let's Get On With It.

There is no better crystallization of McCain than his own blood, soaked words.

It is well known that both of the Clintons are long time members of Bilderberg. As noted by Daniel Estulin, John Edwards, who currently postures as a “populist," was handpicked by Henry Kissinger (who now works behind John McCain) to be John Kerry’s vice presidential candidate in 2004. Now, four years later, his connections must have certainly increased.

Here comes the “even more aggressive ‘war on terrorism’”

It's clear from the chosen “candidates," there will be no end to the war, or the continuing decline of the American empire.

The “war on terrorism” will not only continue but likely intensify and expand under “new management." The only question is whether the bias will be towards a neoliberal brand, , , the “more nuanced” multinational New World Order, a “bipartisan consensus” in Washington, more orderly economic and political declines, etc. . . . .or a continuation of the open brutality and criminality of Bush-Cheney.

Violent events, including the assassination of Bhutto in Pakistan, and other such “9/11s," stack the deck towards the latter . . . McCain and Giuliani.

The Republican candidates have uniformly and consistently echoed the Bush/Cheney/neocon war agenda and 9/11/“terrorism” lies. Huckabee, the bizarre dark horse of the Republican side, has voiced criticism of some Bush-Cheney policies, but not the “war on terrorism” in general.

The Democratic candidates have each declared themselves the champion “anti-terrorist," or the “real” anti-terrorist that George W. Bush is not.

Obama’s murderous views on war are well documented, and similar to those of Bush-Cheney. In addition to war on Iran, Obama has declared that he would attack Pakistan if his administration possessed “actionable intelligence” that Osama bin Laden was hiding in Pakistan, and the government there did not act.

Edwards, who squealed during his 2004 vice presidential debate with Dick Cheney that he would “kill the terrorists," recently reiterated: “If I, as president, know where Osama bin Laden is, I would go get him.”

Clinton went even further into details about her particular war fantasy: “At some point, probably when the missiles have launched, the Pakistani government has to know they are on the way.”

In the end, McCain’s War is Hell. Now Let's Get On With It is the voice of the consensus . . . the 9/11 lie exemplified.

The vote count and other illusions

As noted repeatedly in this publication, every aspect of the American vote has been, and continues to be, manipulated.

It is still a fact is that corporations (primarily connected to the Republican political apparatus) control the American vote, and with increasing technological sophistication: Diebold, ESS, Sequoia, and SAIC. In fact, new generations of their machines will be used in 2008.

Beyond the courageous whistle-blowing and activism by the likes of Black Box Voting and others, the same democracy destroying criminal juggernaut that has been in place for generations remains in control.

COLOGNE, Germany -- Hundreds of thousands of Germans, many dressed as jesters or fools, have flooded Rhineland streets for the traditional "Rose Monday" procession, the highlight of the Catholic carnival season.

In Cologne, where the biggest parade got underway at 11 minutes to 11:00, around 10,000 people and more than 120 marching bands were expected to make the traditional tour of Cologne's cathedral distributing sweets until evening.

Cries of "Alaaf" -- Cologne for ever -- rang out, competing with the music as others sang, danced and shouted themselves hoarse in the crisp winter air under bright sunshine.

By mid-afternoon a crowd of more than 1.4 million people were in the streets of the western German city, according to organisers.

Among the guests on the sea of floats making its way at walking pace through the crowd were German supermodel Heidi Klum and British pop singer Seal.

Seal and Heid Klum(R)Folk, pop and techno music blared from loud speakers and marching bands. Among the main themes, one truck was arranged to make mileage from the scandal involving alleged bribe payments to a referee that has hit football here.

The five days of carnival involve major parades and festivities in cities like Cologne, Mainz, Duesseldorf and Bonn ahead of Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras), and organisers were hoping up to two million people would turn out on Monday.

During carnival, revellers fill the streets to parade, try to catch the kilos of sweets thrown by the handful from the floats and listen to live music. Being Germany, of course, beer consumption soars.

Organisers said that some 140 tonnes of sweets had been thrown in Cologne alone, and that around 300,000 bouquets of flowers were also given away.

Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder figured in the form of an effigy here, dressed as a Spiderman pulling on the strands of public debt and foreign policy that made up a large political web.

But it wasn't just in Cologne. World leaders were also receiving exposure elsewhere.

In Mainz, one float was decorated with an effigy of US President George W. Bush, backside bared, while German opposition leader Angela Merkel, known for her pro-American positions, figured running up a ladder behind him.

Despite an outcry that began two weeks before the float had been put on the road, organisers there said they were not caving in to any censorship, despite the imminent visit to Germany by Bush on February 23.

On the streets, police reported very few incidents even though the crowds had ready access to plenty of alcoholic beverages.

"Just the usual insanity, a few small fights and some drunk and disorderlies," said a police spokesman in Mainz, where it was estimated that more than half a million people had turned out.

The carnival also has a following outside the Rhineland. On Sunday, an estimated 750,000 people turned out for festivities in the capital Berlin, where some 70 floats paraded down the main Unter den Linden boulevard.ies, since Iraq is currently importing up to $200 million per month in gas and other oil products. Consumers pay about a penny for a liter of gas at the pump.
